End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna ("Licensor") and you ("User" or "you") regarding the use of the mobile application AI DATING ASSISTANT ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
1. Scope of License
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Application on any device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. User Eligibility
By using this Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country to consent to data processing). If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed this Agreement with your parent or guardian and that they agree to these terms on your behalf.
3. Subscription Services and Billing
The Application offers premium features via paid subscription plans.
4. Subscription Cancellation
To prevent future charges, users must manage and cancel their subscriptions directly through their device settings (Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions).

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

- Billing: All financial transactions are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Variable Pricing: Subscription fees may vary depending on the platform (iOS/Android), user’s country/region, seasonal promotions, and the duration of the chosen plan.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Subscription Cancellation
To prevent future charges, users must manage and cancel their subscriptions directly through their device settings (Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions).
- Important: The Licensor (Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna) does not have technical access to your payment account and cannot manually cancel subscriptions on your behalf. All cancellations must be performed by the User within the respective Store interface.
5. Refund Policy
- No Direct Refunds: All payments are final. The Licensor is unable to issue direct refunds as payments are handled by third-party stores.
- Refund Requests: If you are eligible for a refund under the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must request it directly through their support systems.
6. AI Service Disclaimer (Google Gemini API)
The Application utilizes the Google Gemini API to generate advice and suggestions.
- Operator Status: The Licensor acts strictly as a technical operator and intermediary for the AI service.
- No Liability for Content: The Licensor is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the AI-generated responses.
- User Responsibility: Any actions taken based on the AI's suggestions in real-world social interactions are at the User's sole risk and discretion. The Licensor is not liable for any social, emotional, or legal consequences resulting from the use of the AI advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
