These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, a sole proprietor using AINTEC as the public developer name and trade name ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), and you ("User", "you", or "your") regarding your use of the mobile application.
The application is published under the following store listing names:
AINTEC is the public developer name shown on Google Play. The Application is legally owned and operated by Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, a sole proprietor.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
1. Scope of License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Application on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
2. User Eligibility
The Application is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
You must not use the Application if you are under 18. We do not knowingly allow children or minors to use the Application.
3. Dating and AI Advice Disclaimer
The Application provides AI-generated suggestions, conversation ideas, and dating-related assistance. The Application does not provide professional, psychological, medical, legal, or safety advice.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating any suggestion before using it in real-world communication or relationships.
We are not responsible for social, emotional, legal, financial, safety, or other consequences resulting from your reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
4. AI Service Provider
The Application uses third-party AI services, including the Google Gemini API, to generate responses and suggestions.
Content that you submit to the Application may be processed by third-party service providers as necessary to provide AI features. You should not submit confidential information, payment details, government identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information into the Application.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
The Application may offer premium features through paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, trials, or promotional offers.
All payments are processed by the applicable app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process payment card information.
Subscription pricing may vary by platform, country or region, subscription duration, promotional campaign, taxes, and app store rules.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by the applicable app store rules.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You must manage and cancel subscriptions directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
We do not have technical access to your app store payment account and cannot manually cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the applicable app store according to its own refund rules and policies. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly through Apple App Store support or Google Play support.
We cannot issue direct refunds for payments processed by Apple or Google.
8. User Content
The Application may allow you to submit, enter, generate, upload, report, or otherwise provide text, images, prompts, profile information, screenshots, messages, or other content ("User Content").
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for your use of AI-generated outputs.
By using the Application, you agree that you will not submit, generate, upload, request, share, or promote content that:

Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, using AINTEC as the public developer name, and the Application, including Rizz AI Dating Wingman GPT App on Google Play and Rizz AI Dating Wingman on the Apple App Store, maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, prompt, output, profile, message, image, link, or other activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, sexualizes, grooms, solicits, or otherwise harms children or minors.

10. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking
To help maintain a safe environment, we may use manual review, automated systems, user reports, content filters, provider-level safety tools, and other moderation measures.
Users may report objectionable content, abusive behavior, or child safety concerns through in-app tools, if available, or by emailing us at hannahflow12@gmail.com.
We may remove content, restrict features, block users, suspend accounts, permanently terminate access, or report activity to relevant authorities if we believe these Terms, our Child Safety Standards, app store policies, or applicable law have been violated.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Application or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. You must not:

The Application may use third-party services, including but not limited to Google Play Services, Apple App Store services, Expo, Google Gemini, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, hosting, and infrastructure providers.
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected.
14. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Application at any time. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or by us.
Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you violate them. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, our Child Safety Standards, app store policies, or applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, AINTEC as the public developer name, and their operators, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, relationships, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Application.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website or otherwise made available through the Application. The "Last updated" date indicates when the Terms were last revised.
Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

- Depicts, promotes, solicits, encourages, normalizes, or facilitates harm to minors.
- Involves child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of minors.
- Contains or requests Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
- Encourages violence, self-harm, exploitation, coercion, or unsafe behavior.
- Infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws, regulations, or app store policies.
9. Child Safety Standards
Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, using AINTEC as the public developer name, and the Application, including Rizz AI Dating Wingman GPT App on Google Play and Rizz AI Dating Wingman on the Apple App Store, maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, prompt, output, profile, message, image, link, or other activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, sexualizes, grooms, solicits, or otherwise harms children or minors.
Our Child Safety Standards include the following:
- We prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and all content or activity related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
- We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualized comments about minors, and attempts to move minors to other platforms for exploitative purposes.
- We prohibit using the Application or AI features to create, request, transform, summarize, roleplay, or distribute sexual content involving minors.
- We remove violating content and restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards.
- We review child safety reports with priority and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
- We report confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to relevant authorities, child safety organizations, and law enforcement when required or permitted by law.
- We cooperate with lawful investigations related to child safety.
