This Child Safety Standards policy applies to the mobile application published by Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, a sole proprietor using AINTEC as the public developer name and trade name, under the following store listing names:
  • Google Play: Rizz AI Dating Wingman GPT App
  • Google Play package name: com.app.datingaichat
  • Apple App Store: Rizz AI Dating Wingman
For purposes of this policy, the store-listed applications above are referred to together as the "Application" or the "Service".

AINTEC is the public developer name shown on Google Play. The Application is legally owned and operated by Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, a sole proprietor.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, using AINTEC as the public developer name, and the Application maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, prompt, output, profile, message, image, link, or other activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, sexualizes, grooms, solicits, traffics, coerces, or otherwise harms children or minors.
The Application is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Children and minors are not permitted to use the Application.

2. Prohibited Child Safety Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited in the Application:
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Any content or conduct related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
  • Sexual content, sexual roleplay, sexualized descriptions, or sexual comments involving minors.
  • Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual solicitation of minors.
  • Attempts to contact, lure, manipulate, exploit, or move minors to another platform for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • Requests to create, generate, edit, transform, summarize, classify, describe, or distribute sexual content involving minors.
  • Sharing links, instructions, code words, communities, or methods used to obtain or distribute CSAM or facilitate CSAE.
  • Content that normalizes, praises, encourages, jokes about, or minimizes child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Any attempt to evade moderation, reporting, detection, or safety systems related to child safety.
These standards apply to user inputs, AI prompts, AI outputs, reports, screenshots, profile information, messages, links, and any other content or activity connected to the Application.

3. AI Safety Standards
Because the Application provides AI-generated dating and communication assistance, users must not use AI features to request, generate, rewrite, roleplay, translate, summarize, or otherwise process content that involves sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
We may use AI provider safety systems, automated detection, content filters, manual review, user reports, and other safeguards to prevent misuse of AI features for CSAE-related content.
If an AI output appears to involve child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or other child safety concerns, users should report it immediately using the reporting methods below.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users and third parties can report child safety concerns, suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or related violations by contacting our dedicated child safety point of contact:

Where in-app reporting tools are available, users may also report content or behavior directly inside the Application.
When submitting a report, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
  • A description of the concern.
  • Screenshots or text showing the suspected violation, if safe and lawful to provide.
  • The date and approximate time of the incident.
  • Any available user, profile, message, or transaction identifiers.
  • The platform used, such as Google Play Android app or Apple iOS app.
Do not forward, upload, or redistribute CSAM. If you believe material is CSAM, report it immediately through the contact above and to the appropriate local authority or child safety organization.

5. Review and Enforcement
We treat child safety reports as high-priority.
When we identify content or behavior that violates this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
  • Remove or disable access to violating content.
  • Block, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user access.
  • Disable features or subscriptions associated with violating activity.
  • Preserve relevant information where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or investigations.
  • Report confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to relevant authorities, child safety organizations, and law enforcement when required or permitted by law.
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations related to child safety.
We may take action without prior notice when needed to protect children, users, the public, the Application, or the integrity of an investigation.

6. Reporting to Authorities
Loganchuk Sabrina Vladimirovna, using AINTEC as the public developer name, reports confirmed or suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or other serious child safety threats to relevant authorities, child safety organizations, and law enforcement when required or permitted by applicable law.
We cooperate with valid legal requests and lawful investigations related to child safety.

7. Prevention Measures
To help prevent CSAE and child safety violations, we may use:
  • Age restrictions and eligibility rules.
  • User reporting tools.
  • Manual review of reports.
  • Automated moderation and content filtering.
  • AI provider safety systems.
  • Account, device, or access restrictions for policy violations.
  • Safety-focused record retention for abuse prevention and legal compliance.
  • Internal escalation procedures for child safety reports.

8. User Responsibilities
Users must:
  • Be at least 18 years old to use the Application.
  • Follow these Child Safety Standards, our Terms of Use, and applicable laws.
  • Report suspected child safety violations immediately.
  • Avoid submitting, saving, forwarding, or redistributing CSAM or exploitative material.
  • Use AI features responsibly and never attempt to generate, transform, or facilitate CSAE-related content.
Violation of these standards may result in permanent termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities.
